Literal translation
English: From here, the ṭhāva — all bhāva must be aimed (at it). Lofty are Deva's caraṇa — there the adhiṣṭhāna has been made. Apart from āghāta — this ṭhāva stays nirāḷā. Tuka says: holding the sthaḷa — I have remained acaḷa.

What it means
From-here-the-place-Hari's-lofty-feet abhang. The opening: yēthūniyām ṭhāva — avaghē lakṣayācē bhāva — from here — the ṭhāva (place); — all bhāva — to be lakṣya (aimed at). The bhakta has found his place (at Hari's feet, made explicit next); from here on, every bhāva is to be aimed at this single ṭhāva.
The location: uñcī Devācē caraṇa — tēthēm jālēm adhiṣṭhāna — high (uñcī) — Deva's — caraṇa (feet); — there — has been (made) — adhiṣṭhāna. Hari's caraṇa are uñcī (lofty / above); — that is the adhiṣṭhāna (= seat / station). (Compare 1411's nirmaḷa kāyā adhiṣṭhāna tayācē — pure body is his adhiṣṭhāna; here the bhakta's adhiṣṭhāna is Hari's feet.)
The protection: āghātāvēgaḷā — asē ṭhāva hā nirāḷā — apart from āghāta (blow / strike); — this ṭhāva — stays nirāḷā (separate / aloof). The ṭhāva is blow-free — beyond reach of samsāra-strikes; aloof from the strike-zone.
The closing: Tukā mhaṇē sthaḷa — dharūnī rāhilōm acaḷa — Tuka says — the sthaḷa (place); — having held it (dharūnī) — I have remained — acaḷa (unmoving). Acaḷa — the unmoving one — Tuka has become acaḷa by holding the sthaḷa. (Compare 1399's Tukā lōkīm nirāḷā — Tuka aloof in the world; acaḷa is the next stage — unmovable.)
