For today: all-time in my citta, this only longing has stayed; the rūpa seated in eyes, remembered moment-by-moment; vēvahāra-talk ended, unbroken contemplation in its place; vedha happened — Śrī-ranga came into body.
The verse
सर्वकाळ माझे चित्ती । हे चि खंती राहिली ॥१॥ बैसलें तें रूप डोळां । वेळोवेळां आठवे ॥ध्रु.॥ वेव्हाराची सरली मात । अखंडित अनुसंधान ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे वेध जाला । अंगा आला श्रीरंग ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: All-time in my citta — this very khantī has stayed. The rūpa has baisalēm in eyes — vēḷō-vēḷām remembered. Vēvahāra-māta has saralī — akhaṇḍita anusandhāna. Tuka says: vedha jālā — Śrī-ranga came to (my) body.

What it means
Vedha-jālā-Śrī-ranga-into-body abhang. A mature-bhakti-witness. The opening: sarva-kāḷa mājhē cittī — hē chi khantī rāhilī — all-time — in my citta — this very — khantī (= longing / concern) — has stayed. The bhakta-longing is now constant in the citta.
The visual-fixation: baisalēm tēm rūpa ḍōḷām — vēḷō-vēḷām āṭhavē — the rūpa — has seated (= taken-up-residence) — in the eyes; — moment-by-moment — is remembered. The Hari-form has settled in the eyes; remembered every moment. (Striking-claim: the rūpa is in the very eyes*, not just memory.)
The transformed-life: vēvahārācī saralī māta — akhaṇḍita anusandhāna — the vēvahāra (= worldly business) — talk — has ended (saralī); — unbroken — anusandhāna (continuous-contemplation). The talk-of-business ended; unbroken Hari-contemplation in its place.
The closing-witness: vēdha jālā — angā ālā Śrī-ranga — vedha (= piercing / fixation) — has happened; — to (the) body — has come — Śrī-ranga. Vēdha jālā is the classical mark of mature-bhakti: the bhakti-piercing has happened. Śrī-ranga (= Viṣṇu) came into the body. (Compare 1493's Govinda-tyā-manīm-baisalāsē — Govinda seated in mind; here a body-level claim.)
