What it means
Para-dravya-para-nārī-lust = bhāgya-loss + patana-bound abhang.
The opening warning: para-dravya-para-nārīcā abhilāṣa — tēthūni hārāsa sarva-bhāgyā — lust for others' wealth and others' women — from there, loss of all bhāgya. Para-dravya = another's wealth; para-nārī = another's wife; abhilāṣa = desire / lust. (Compare 1614's one-false-word-destroys-all-merit — same one-sin-destroys-everything logic.)
The patana-bound: ghaṭikā divasa māsa varuṣē lāgētīna — bāndhalēm patana gāṇṭhōḍīsa — eventually by ghaṭikā-day-month-year — patana is bound to the gāṇṭhōḍī (bundle). Lāgētīna = eventually, in due time; gāṇṭhōḍī = the small cloth-bundle one carries. The patana-fall is bound (= packed-in-and-tied) into one's bundle — carried-with-oneself unknowingly.
The omen-warning: puḍhē ghāta tyācā rōkaḍā śakuna — puḍhē karī guṇa niścayēmsī — ahead, destruction — clear-cash omen — future makes its guṇa decisively. Rōkaḍā śakuna = cash-down omen (= the omen will appear in advance, paying-out clearly); guṇa karī niścayēmsī = makes its quality with niścaya (= certain action).
The closing-note on timing: Tukā mhaṇē ēkām taḍa-tāmthavaḍa — kāḷa lāgē nāḍa parī kharā — Tuka says: for some, snap-snap-quick — Time takes a tug, but truly. Taḍa-tāmthavaḍa = snap-snap, immediate-immediate; lāgē nāḍa = takes a tug / pulls slowly. For some, retribution comes immediately; for others, Time takes a slow-tug — but it comes truly.

For someone today
For today: lust for others' wealth and others' women — from there comes the loss of all good-fortune; eventually, by ghaṭikā-day-month-year-time, the patana-fall is bound up in your own cloth-bundle; ahead lies destruction — its omen pays out clearly — the future does its work decisively; Tuka says — for some it comes snap-snap-quick — for others Time takes a slow-tug, but it comes truly.
