For today: sit still and purify the chitta — that sukha has no end-or-shore; coming, Gopāḷa will dwell within — that's the fruit of effort, when one just sits; utter "Rāma, Kṛṣṇa, Hari, Mukunda, Murārī" — this mantra time-to-time; Tuka says — I will give such a divine-(experience) — if there will be one-fold bhāva.
The verse

What it means
Sit-still-purify-chitta-Gopāḷa-comes-within + Rāma-Kṛṣṇa-mantra abhang.
The opening: baisōni nivānta śuddha karīm chitta — tayā sukhā anta-pāra nāhīm — sit still, purify chitta — to that sukha, no end-or-shore. Sitting-stillness purifying-chitta produces unlimited-sukha.
The Gopāḷa-within: yē'ūni antarīm rāhīla Gōpāḷa — sāyāsācē phaḷa baisaliyā — coming, Gopāḷa will dwell within — fruit of effort (when one) sits. The image: just by sitting-still, the fruit-of-effort comes — Gopāḷa dwells-within.
The mantra: Rāma Kṛṣṇa Hari Mukunda Murārī — mantra hā uccārīm vēḷō-vēḷām — Rāma Kṛṣṇa Hari Mukunda Murārī — utter this mantra time-to-time. The five-name mantra: Rāma, Kṛṣṇa, Hari, Mukunda, Murārī — utter time-to-time. (This is one of the traditional warkari nāma-pañcaka.)
The closing: Tukā mhaṇē aisēm dē'īna mī divya — jarī hō'īla bhāva ēka-vidha — Tuka says: thus I will give the divya — if there will be ekavidha bhāva. Divya = the divine-test / divine-(experience). Will give such a divine-(experience) — provided ekavidha (one-fold, single-pointed) bhāva exists.
