Abhanga 1800
For today: for us, with all-bhāva, this is the only work — to not forget your Name; no need to do this worry — what is there to do for crossing now?; in sitting, eating, sleeping — no other in dhyāna or mind; Tuka says — kṛpā-nidhi — my upādhi has been cut.
The verse

What it means
Single-work-of-Nāma + upādhi-tōḍilī abhang.
The opening: āmhām sarva-bhāvē hē chi kāma — na visambhāvē tujhē nāma — for us, with all-bhāva, this is the only work — not to forget your Name. Sarva-bhāvē = with the whole-of-bhāva (= with the entire emotional-orientation); na visambhāvē = not-forget. Single-job: continuous-remembrance of the Name.
The no-cintā line: na lagē karāvī hē cintā — taraṇē karaṇē kāya ātām — no need for this worry — what is there to do for crossing now?. Taraṇē karaṇē = the work-of-crossing (= the work-required for liberation). No-need to fret-about-liberation; the Name-itself does the crossing.
The three-states line: āsanīm bhōjanīm śayanīm — dujēm nāhīm dhyānīm manīm — in sitting, eating, sleeping — no other in dhyāna or mind. The-three-states-of-life all-occupied-with-Hari; no-second-in-dhyāna-or-manas. (= the all-day, all-state, exclusive-bhakti.)
The closing: Tukā mhaṇē kṛpā-nidhī — mājhī tōḍilī upādhi — Tuka says: kṛpā-nidhi — my upādhi has been cut. Kṛpā-nidhi = treasure-of-grace; upādhi = limiting-condition / accidental-attribute / the samsāra-bondage; tōḍilī = has-been-cut. The treasure-of-grace has cut my upādhi.
This abhang is one of the most-economical statements of the Vārkarī ideal: single-job (Nāma) + no-worry-about-crossing + all-three-states-engaged + upādhi-cut. The complete-bhakti-life in eight short-lines.
