What it means
Quick-reply-call-this-patita + don't-tally-pāpa abhang. Letter-sent-with-saints cluster — closing-petition.
The opening: parisōni uttara — jāba dē'ījē satvara — having heard the message — give a quick reply. Demand for-quick-reply: now-that-you've-heard, respond-fast.
The kṛpāvanta-line: jarī tūm hōsī kṛpāvanta — tarī hā bōlāvīm patita — if you are kṛpāvanta — then call this patita. If-your-name-is-kṛpāvanta, then-call-the-fallen (= act-on-the-name).
The no-tally line: nāṇī kāhīm manā — karūni pāpācā ugāṇā — don't bring (judgment) to mind — making the pāpa-accounting. Ugāṇā = the formal-accounting / tally. Don't-tally-the-pāpas; just-call-the-fallen.
The closing-challenge: Tukā mhaṇē nāhīm — kāya śakti tujhē pāyī — Tuka says: no — what śakti is in your feet?. What-śakti is-in-your-feet (if you-can't-do-this-much)?.
This is the closing-demand of the letter — quick-reply, prove-your-name-kṛpāvanta, don't-tally-pāpa, demonstrate-your-foot-śakti.
