अवघियां बाजार एक चि जाला । मांविकलीं आपुल्या पाडीं ॥१॥ गुण तो सार रूपमध्यकार । अवगुण तो फार पीडीतसे ॥ध्रु.॥ सभाग्य संपन्न आपुलाले घरीं । मायेक दैन्य बापुडें ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे कां मानिती सुख । चुकलिया वांयां खंती ॥३॥

The opening — bazaar-of-jīvas: avaghiyām bāzāra ēka chi jālā — māvikalīm āpulyā pāḍīm — the whole bazaar became one — sold-out at one's own market-price. In-the-cosmic-bazaar, every jīva sells-itself at-its-own-pāḍī (= the market-price, set-by-its-own-quality). A merchant-image for the karma/guṇa-determined fate.
The pricing-by-quality: guṇa tō sāra rūpa-madhya-kāra — avaguṇa tō phāra pīḍītasē — guṇa is the essence — middle-pivot of form — avaguṇa is plenty — torments. Good-quality is-the-pivot of-value; bad-quality is-abundant and-tormenting.
The home-difference: sa-bhāgya sampanna āpulālē gharīm — māyaka dainya bāpuḍē — the fortunate prosper in their own homes — the foster-helpless are poor. Māyaka = foster, raised-as-other's. The home-rooted-fortunate prosper; the orphan-foster (= the un-rooted) are-poor.
The closing-regret: Tukā mhaṇē kām mānitī sukha — chukaliyā vāmyām khantī — Tuka says: why imagine sukha — missing — vain regret. Why-do-they-imagine sukha when-they've-missed-the-mark — only vain-regret follows.
