For today: as the chitta is upon something — near or far, accordingly; the interior is present — witness-being is near; the sūtra-dhārī knows all — who dances in which way; Tuka says — the buddhi — one's own — that is one's siddhi.
The verse

What it means
Near-or-far-by-chitta-orientation + your-buddhi-is-your-siddhi abhang.
The opening phenomenological-aphorism: jaisē chittī jayāvarī — taisē javaḷī tē durī — as the chitta is upon something — near or far, accordingly. Near-or-far depends-on the-chitta's-orientation; not on-physical-distance. Bhakti as-chitta-orientation.
The witness: asē abhyantara — sākṣa-bhūta javaḷī — the interior is present — witness-being is near. The interior-witness is-always-near.
The sūtra-dhārī: avaghē jāṇē sūtra-dhārī — kōṇa nāchē kōṇē parī — the sūtra-dhārī knows all — who dances in which way. Sūtra-dhārī = the puppeteer (one-who-holds-the-strings). The puppeteer-Lord knows-everyone's-dance-style. The Lord is intimately-aware of each-soul's choreography.
The closing aphorism: Tukā mhaṇē buddhi — jyāchī tē cha tayā siddhi — Tuka says: the buddhi — one's own — that is one's siddhi. One's own-buddhi IS one's siddhi (= what-one-attains). Karma-doctrine restated: your-mind-state IS your-attainment.
