A love that has carried you through lifetime after lifetime and shielded you from harm will not abandon you now, and that trust brings an unfading inner sweetness.
The verse
Literal translation
Nourished and fed birth-after-birth — carried by your hand, holding. Now what disregard of mine — carried (me) much far before. Doesn't let injury's breeze touch body — took the burden of the place onto head. Tuka says: I speak with fondness — unfading is the inner sweetness.

What it means
Raised-birth-after-birth + no-injury's-breeze + unfading-inner-sweetness abhang.
The opening — birth-after-birth-raising: pāḷilōm pōsilōm janma-janmāntarīm — vāgavilōm karī dharōniyām — nourished and fed birth-after-birth — carried by your hand, holding. Birth-after-birth, you've-fed-and-carried-me. Multi-life relationship affirmed.
The no-disregard: ātām kāya mājhā ghaḍēla avhēra — māgē bahu dūra vāgavilē — now what disregard of mine — carried (me) much far before. Now-would-you-disregard-me? — you carried-me far-already.
The protection: nēdī vārā angīm lāgōm āghātāchā — ghētalā ṭhāyīñchā bhāra māthām — doesn't let injury's breeze touch body — took the burden of the place onto head. You-don't-even-let injury's-breeze touch-(my)-body; took-burden-on-(your)-head. Protective-canopy image.
The closing — unfading sweetness: Tukā mhaṇē bōla karitōm āvaḍī — aviṭa tē chi gōḍī antarīñchī — I speak with fondness — unfading is the inner sweetness. I-speak with-fondness; the inner-sweetness is-unfading (aviṭa).
