What it means
Bad-company-breaks-mind + daṇḍavat-to-people-now abhang. Withdrawal-from-people. Ends with ॥५॥ — closes 5-abhang sub-cluster (2191-2195).
The opening — bad-sanga: sarvathā hī khōṭā sanga — upajē bhanga manāsī — altogether bad is sanga — bhanga arises in the mind. Bhanga = breakage, fracture. Sanga (company) is-wholly-bad; it-causes bhanga-in-the-mind.
The colorful-people: bahu rangē bharalē jana — sampanna chi avaguṇī — people are full of many colors — amply filled with avaguṇa. People are-full-of-many-colors (= many-faces, many-deceptions); amply-supplied with-avaguṇas.
The intoxication and śuddhi: sēviliyā niḥkāma-buddhī — madē śuddhī sāṇḍavī — on tasting it — niḥkāma-buddhi — intoxication makes śuddhi abandon. Niḥkāma = desireless. Mada = intoxication. Śuddhi = purity, clarity, awareness. On-tasting (the bad company), even-niḥkāma-buddhi (= desireless-intellect) gets-affected; the intoxication-makes-śuddhi-abandon. (= even-the-pure-mind loses-clarity in-bad-company.)
The closing — daṇḍavat-to-people: trāsōniyām bōlē Tukā — ātām lōkām daṇḍavata — troubled, Tukā speaks: now — daṇḍavat to people. Trāsōniyām = troubled, harassed. Daṇḍavata = prostration; here as-a-formula-of-leave-taking (= daṇḍavat to you, I'm done with you). Troubled, Tukā speaks: now — I-prostrate-to-(say-goodbye-to) people. The famous Tukā-takes-daṇḍavat-leave-of-the-world gesture.
The ॥५॥ colophon closes a 5-abhang sub-cluster (2191-2195) — the cluster moves from don't-leave-the-place (2191) → upādhi-seed-burnt, Lord's-sattā (2192) → speech-without-Govinda-is-diarrhea-stink (2193) → dog-like-life, no-sprout-from-stump (2194) → daṇḍavat-to-people-now (2195). A coherent withdrawal-and-resolve-cluster.
