तरी सदा निर्भर दास । चिंताआसविरहित ॥१॥ अवघा चि एकीं ठाव । सर्व भाव विठ्ठलीं ॥ध्रु.॥ निरविलें तेव्हां त्यास । जाला वास त्यामाजी ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे रूप ध्यावें । नाहीं ठावे गुणदोष ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Then always confident the dāsa is — without chinta-and-āśā. All in one place — all bhāva in Viṭhṭhal. When entrusted to him — the dwelling came to be in him. Tuka says: let me meditate on the form — no guṇa-dōṣa is known [there].

The opening — confident dāsa: tarī sadā nirbhara dāsa — chintā-āśa-virahita — then always confident the dāsa is — without chinta-and-āśā. Nirbhara = confident, unburdened. Then-(when-entrusted), the dāsa is-always-confident, without chinta-and-āśā.

The closing — meditate on form, no guṇa-dōṣa: Tukā mhaṇē rūpa dhyāvē — nāhīm ṭhāvē guṇa-dōṣa — Tuka says: let me meditate on the form — no guṇa-dōṣa is known. Let-me meditate-on-the-form; (there) no-guṇa-dōṣa is-known. The merit-demerit-evaluation drops-away in form-meditation.
