Literal translation
English: Much longing for darshan, Dēvā — has remained in the jīva. ★ Now do what you know — what's lacking with Viśvambhara ★. If worry remains here, who is greater donor. Tuka says: known to us — only this much is good.
What it means
★ THE LONGING-FOR-DARSHAN + VIŚVAMBHARA-LACKS-NOTHING ABHANG ★.
The longing: darśanāchē ārta jīvā — bahu Dēvā rāhilē — much longing for darshan — has remained in the jīva. Much-longing-for-darshan remains-in-the-jīva.
★ THE LACK-NOTHING ★: ātām jāṇasī tē karīm — Viśvambharīm kāya uṇē — ★ now do what you know — what's lacking with Viśvambhara ★. ★ Now do-what-you-know; what's-lacking with-Viśvambhara (= the All-Sustainer lacks-nothing). ★ The petition's-logic: since Viśvambhara has-everything, only-the-bhakta's-need-is-the-question.
