For someone today
Tukaram asks for just one true release from his suffering, for the tangled net of past wrongs to finally come undone. In return, he vows to keep the divine in mind constantly, day and night, without fail. He's endured a long stretch of hardship already and is asking plainly to be freed now, and he promises that if he is, he'll offer his whole self back in gratitude, completely and without reservation.
