Tukārām's canonical kīrtana-call. Come — let us all dance — full with bhāva and prema. Let us sing the king of Paṇḍharī — giving welcome to sant-jana. The sādhu's sukha is for-sukha; Hari-nāma in loud-proclamation. For prema, (he is) generous; giving, (he) makes no small-great distinction. The sins have fled helpless; Time has become exiled. Blessed-time! — today there is an abundance of prema. The verse permits the canonical kīrtana-call with prema-sukāḷa.
The verse
या रे नाचों अवघेजण । भावें प्रेमें परिपूर्ण ॥१॥
गाऊं पंढरीचा राणा । क्षेम देऊनिं संतजना ॥ध्रु.॥
सुख साधु सुखासाटीं । नाम हरिनाम बोभाटीं ॥२॥
प्रेमासाटीं तो उदार । देतां नाहीं सानाथोर ॥३॥
पापें पळालीं बापुडीं । काळ झाला देशधडी ॥४॥
तुका म्हणे धन्य काळ । आजि प्रेमाचा सुकाळ ॥४॥
Literal translation
Yā re nāchōm avaghejaṇa — come, let's all dance; bhāve preme paripūrṇa — full with bhāva-prema. Gāūm Paṇḍharīñcā rāṇā — let's sing Paṇḍharī's rāṇā; kṣema deūni samtajanā — giving kṣema to sant-jana. Sukha sādhu sukhāsāṭīm — sukha of sādhu is for-sukha; nāma harināma bōbhāṭīm — Hari-nāma in bōbhāṭī. Premāsāṭīm tō udāra — for prema, (he is) udāra; detām nāhī sānāthōra — no sāna-thōra in giving. Pāpe paḷālīm bāpuḍīm — pāpas fled helpless; kāḷa jhālā deśadhaḍī — kāḷa became exiled. Tukā mhaṇe dhanya kāḷa — Tukā says: blessed-time; āji premāñcā sukāḷa — today, prema's abundance.
