Literal translation
Janma-janma-sangati — bhēṭi-akasmāt. Can't-let-go — prīti-tantu-doesn't-tear. Chitta-at-feet — miṭhī-Pandhari-rāyā. Tukā: at-end — one-gati.
What it means
★ A 3-verse eternal-relation text. Our companionship is birth-after-birth; this meeting came suddenly. Now, even trying to let go, it doesn't let go — the love-thread cannot be torn. My mind is at your feet — an embrace has fallen, Pandharirāya. At the end, your and my destination is one. The closing line tujhī mājhī ēka gati (your and my one destination) is a powerful merge-image — the bhakta and Lord share one gati at the end.
