Literal translation
No-ṭhāva-puṇya-pāpa — sukha-duḥkha-hāni-lābha-destroyed. Jīta-maraṇa-one — āpa-para-gone — samsāra-mūḷa-cut. Adhikāra-jāti-varṇa-yāti — no-ṭhāva-satya-asatya. Jana-vana-bhinna-no-duja. Tukā: gave-deha-to-Viṭṭhal — then-all-pūjā-came-true.
What it means
★★ THE canonical 4-verse total-handing-over text. No place for puṇya or pāpa; sukha-duḥkha and gain-loss anxieties are destroyed. Life-and-death have come together; self-and-other have gone; the root of samsāra is cut. For adhikāra, jāti, varṇa-dharma — no place; nor for satya-asatya. People-and-forest, separate, with conscious-motion or not — no duality has place here. When I laid the body in Viṭṭhal — at that moment itself, all pūjā was done. Foundational: gave-deha = all-distinctions-dissolve; all-pūjā-already-done. Pair with 3932 (tana-mana-dhana-given), 3933 (body-is-Deva's-money), 4106 (all-in-your-hand).
