The verse
सर्वसुखा अधिकारी । मुखें उच्चारी हरिनाम ॥१॥
सर्वांगें तो सर्वोत्तम । मुखीं नाम हरीचें ॥ध्रु.॥
ऐशी उभारिली बाहे। वेदीं पाहें पुराणीं ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे येथें कांही । संदेह नाहीं भरवसा ॥३॥
Literal translation
Adhikārī-of-all-sukha — mouth-Hari-Nāma. Sarvāngēm-sarvōttama — mouth-Hari-Nāma. Such-arm-raised — veda-purāṇa-witness. Tukā: no-samdēha — bharavasā.
What it means
★★ THE canonical 3-verse Hari-Nāma-supremacy text. The one fit-to-receive all joy is he whose mouth recites Hari-Nāma. With all his body he is supreme — (when) Hari's Name is in his mouth. Such an arm is raised (in declaration) — see this in the Veda and Purāṇa. Tukā says: there is no doubt here — this is the certainty. The doctrine: Hari-Nāma-in-mouth = adhikārī-of-all-sukha (entitled-to-all-joy) + sarvāngēm-sarvōttama (supreme-in-every-limb). Tukārām invokes both veda and purāṇa as witnesses, sealing the claim with bharavasā (the certain-truth). Pair with 4356 (Name-replaces-rituals), 4195 (bhāva-over-japa-count).
