This abhang gives a diagnostic for distinguishing real-non-duality from intellectual-non-duality. The signs are concrete: (1) no company-keeping for status / distraction / consumption; (2) inner stillness; (3) no mamatā — no this-is-mine claim. Without all three, any non-dual talk is बडबड (babble). The harder progression: even intention must stop arising. At that level, self-conscious-knowing itself goes; what fills the space is ananda. The application is honest tallying: do my body-signs match these? If not, my non-dual fluency is babble; the cure is not better arguments but the actual practice of no-company, stillness, no-mamatā.

न करीं रे संग राहें रे निश्चळ । लागों नेदीं मळ ममतेचा ॥१॥ या नांवें अद्वैत खरें ब्रम्हज्ञान । अनुभवावांचून बडबड ते ॥ध्रु.॥ इंद्रियांचा जय वासनेचा क्षय । संकल्पा ही न ये वरी मन ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे न ये जाणीव अंतरा । अंतरीं या थारा आनंदाचा ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Do not keep company; stay still; do not let the stain of mamatā (mine-ness) adhere. This itself is what is called true non-duality, true brahma-knowledge — without experience, all the rest is babble. Victory over the senses; end of vāsanā; samkalpa (intention) does not even rise to the mind. Tuka says: self-conscious-knowing does not enter the inner — there, ananda dwells.
