English: Mōhōrā — samga — sūta — not āgī-jōgē. Otherwise — its bhakṣa — sākṣa. Svāmī-anga — rūpa — not anyone's. Tuka says: khōḍī — deva-maṇi — doesn't daḍī.

तुका म्हणे खोडी — देवमणी न देती दडी — Tuka says: khōḍī — deva-maṇi — doesn't daḍī. The closing-deva-jewel-image: Tuka says: any khōḍī (fault, defect, harm); the deva-maṇi (deva-jewel) doesn't daḍī (give-hiding-place, allow-concealment-of-tracks). The deva-jewel reveals everything; faults can't hide. Bhakta-protected-by-deva-jewel: no-fault-can-hide-from-it. This abhang is Tukaram's protection-by-deva-presence register — with two precise village-craft images: mōhōrā-thread and deva-maṇi. Compare 0499 angīkāra-elephant-head; same protection-register but here with the craft-images. The deva-maṇi-na-daḍī image is striking: the deva-jewel doesn't hide-the-tracks, doesn't-let-faults-go-unwitnessed.
