Make your household a place where companionship with God runs through every ordinary act of sitting, lying down, eating, and walking, and both restless doubt and the scorekeeping of merit and sin will fall away, turning even time itself into a season of plenty.

वसवावें घर । देवें बरें निरंतर ॥१॥ संग आसनीं शयनीं । घडे भोजनीं गमनीं ॥ध्रु.॥ संकल्प विकल्प । मावळोनि पुण्यपाप ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे काळ । अवघा गोविंदें सुकाळ ॥३॥

Tukaram says to make your home a place where God lives continuously, not just in a corner shrine but in every ordinary act: sitting, lying down, eating, walking. When you carry that companionship through the whole day, the tug of opposing thoughts and the endless scorekeeping of merit and sin start to fall away on their own. Time itself changes character. Every season, by Govinda's presence, becomes a season of plenty. You don't need a special occasion for God to be near; the sitting room, the dinner table, and the walk to work are enough.
मराठी: तुकाराम म्हणतात, आपले घर असे वसवा की देव त्यात सतत, नुसत्या कोपऱ्यातील देव्हाऱ्यात नव्हे तर बसणे, झोपणे, जेवणे, चालणे अशा प्रत्येक साध्या कृतीत राहील. हा सहवास दिवसभर सोबत ठेवला की परस्परविरोधी विचारांची ओढाताण आणि पुण्य-पापाचा सतत हिशोब आपोआप मावळू लागतो. काळाचेच स्वरूप बदलते. गोविंदाच्या सोबतीने प्रत्येक ऋतू सुकाळाचा, विपुलतेचा ऋतू बनतो. देव जवळ येण्यासाठी खास प्रसंगाची गरज नाही; बैठकीची खोली, जेवणाचे ताट आणि कामावर जाण्याची वाट एवढेच पुरेसे आहे.
