Abhanga 778

Steadily remembering the divine carries you toward your goal, but it takes real inner strength to see it through, and then results and abilities you never chased come to you on their own.

When Pāṇḍuranga remembered brings to the place — and you have to recognize this register
When citta makes the gamvasaṇī — and you accept this image
When siddhis attend at the feet — and you receive this final claim

For someone today

Tukaram says that simply holding Pandurang in your thoughts, remembering him steadily, is itself what carries you toward your destination. When you keep him in mind, your attention naturally wraps itself around that image, the way something you turn over and over in your thoughts becomes part of you. But remembering alone needs staying power - real inner strength is required to actually reach the fruit of that practice, not just to start it. And when that steady strength is there, the abilities and blessings people usually go chasing after come and offer themselves to you instead, you don't need to hunt for them.
