Literal translation
English: Pāvavīla — ṭhāya — Pāṇḍuranga — cintiliyā. Him — cintiliyā manī — citta — gamvasaṇī — makes. To obtain — phaḷa — anga — must-be — baḷa. Tuka says: then — siddhi — vōḷagatī — feet.

Pāṇḍuranga, when cintiliyā (remembered), brings (one) to the ṭhāya (place — the destination, the resting-place); when remembered in the manas — the citta makes a gamvasaṇī (an enclosing-net / a wrapping-around / a holding-encircling — i.e., the citta gathers-itself around-the-deva-image).
