What it means
A bhāva-śīla-blessed-pratimā-pūjā-no-vidhi-niṣēdha-deva-becomes-as-their-bhāva abhang. Bhāva-śīla-pratimā-pūjā register. Three claims:
-
Blessed-bhāva-śīla-pratimā-bhāva-there-claim. Blessed are the bhāva-śīla (those whose nature is bhāva, who-naturally-have-bhāva); whose hṛdaya is nirmaḷa (clean, pure); they worship pratimā-deva (the deva-as-image, the mūrti-form / painted-form); santas say: there is bhāva there (= the bhāva-śīla worshipping-the-pratimā has real bhāva there, regardless-of-philosophical-debate-about-pratimā-being-just-image). Bhāva-śīla-pratimā-pūjā-bhāva-there-as-santas-say*.
-
No-vidhi-niṣēdha-one-niṣṭhā-claim. They don't know vidhi-niṣēdha (rules-and-prohibitions); holding one niṣṭhā (firm-conviction, single-pointed-faith) in the citta. No-rules-just-one-niṣṭhā.
-
Deva-becomes-as-their-bhāva-claim. Tuka says: thus, deva — has-to-become as their bhāva. Deva-becomes-as-bhakta's-bhāva. (This is the precise claim: the deva must take-on the form-and-mode of the bhakta's bhāva. Pratimā-pūjā with bhāva makes the deva become that form.)

For someone today
This abhang names the bhāva-śīla-pratimā-pūjā register:
-
Blessed bhāva-śīla with nirmaḷa-hṛdaya; pratimā-pūjā has bhāva. Blessed-bhāva-śīla.
-
No vidhi-niṣēdha; one niṣṭhā. No-rules-one-niṣṭhā.
-
Deva becomes as their bhāva. Deva-becomes.
For today: the bhāva-śīla (those-of-bhāva-nature) with nirmaḷa hṛdaya are blessed; they worship the pratimā and bhāva* is there — santas-affirm-this; they don't track vidhi-niṣēdha — they hold one niṣṭhā; and: deva has-to-become as their bhāva.
This abhang is Tukaram's bhāva-śīla-pratimā-pūjā-deva-becomes-as-their-bhāva register — one of the most-confident pratimā-pūjā vindications. Compare 0729 manōmaya-pūjā-Kēśī-loves (Tuka's mudra); same bhāva-priority but here defending pratimā-pūjā specifically against the just-image criticism. The taisē devā hōṇē lāgē tyāncyā bhāvā (deva has to become as their bhāva) is one of the most-precise saguṇa-by-bhāva claims.
Blessed-bhāva-śīla.
-
No-rules-one-niṣṭhā.
-
Deva-becomes.
Tukaram च-bhāva-śīla-pratimā-pūjā-deva-becomes-as-their-bhāva-register — Most-confident pratimā-pūjā vindications पैकी एक. 0729 manōmaya-pūjā-Kēśī-loves (Tuka mudra) compare; तीच bhāva-priority पण इथे pratimā-pūjā-specifically just-image-criticism-च्या-against defend. Taisē devā hōṇē lāgē tyāncyā bhāvā most-precise saguṇa-by-bhāva claims पैकी एक.
