Literal translation
English: Be — vāra-karī. See — Paṇḍharī. What — sādhanā. Phaḷa — by-that. Abhimāna — doesn't-remain. Kōḍa — all — purē. Tuka says: ḍōḷā — Viṭhō — sat — sāvaḷā.

What it means
A be-vāra-karī-see-Paṇḍharī-no-sādhanas-fruit-by-Paṇḍharī-abhimāna-gone-every-kōḍa-fulfilled-Viṭhō-sāvaḷā-in-eyes abhang. Be-vārakarī-see-Paṇḍharī register. Three claims:

होयें-वारकरी — पाहे-पाहे-Paṇḍharī — साधनं-काय — फळ-तेणं-च. Be-vārakarī-and-fruit-by-Paṇḍharī-claim. Be a vāra-karī! — see, see, O Paṇḍharī!; what sādhanās should be done?; all the phaḷa (fruit) is by-that itself. Be-vārakarī-and-no-sādhana-needed-fruit-by-Paṇḍharī. (Celebrated opening: a single short-imperative call — hōyē vāra-karī, pāhē pāhē rē Paṇḍharī* — is among the most-quoted-lines in Vārkarī-tradition; it is the call-to-the-pilgrimage-itself.)

अभिमान-नुरे — कोड-अवघं-पुरे. Abhimāna-gone-every-kōḍa-fulfilled-claim. Abhimāna doesn't urē (remain — = is dissolved); every kōḍa (longing, riddle, the puzzle-of-the-heart) is purē (fulfilled). Abhimāna-dissolves; every-longing-fulfilled. (Two-result: the chief-blocker (abhimāna) is dissolved; the unfulfilled-longings are fulfilled. This is what the vāri* does.)

Compare 0856 all-sukhas-gathered-here-saint-darśana-fulfillment (Tuka's mudra); same celebration but here organized as a call-to-the-pilgrimage. The Viṭhō baisalā sāvaḷā (Viṭhō has sat sāvaḷā) is the precise eye-as-seat-of-sāvaḷā image*.
