Tuka challenges God to explain the silence between them, insists he has no rival attachment, and demands Panduranga stop sulking and speak plainly.

काय उणें जालें तुज समर्थासी । ऐसा मजपाशीं कोण दोष ॥१॥ जो तूं माझा न करिसी अंगीकार । सांगेन वेव्हार संतांमधीं ॥२॥ तुजविण रत आणिकांचे ठायीं । ऐसें कोण ग्वाही दावीं मज ॥३॥ तुका म्हणे काय धरूनी गुमान । सांग उगवून पांडुरंगा ॥४॥

Tukaram confronts God directly here, almost like arguing with a friend. He asks what could possibly be lacking on God's side, and what fault could there be on his own, since God still has not fully accepted him. He insists he has no rival attachment elsewhere and challenges God to produce any evidence otherwise, and if this silence continues he threatens, half seriously, to take the matter up with the community of saints. His final line refuses evasive silence: stop sulking and just say it plainly, Panduranga. This verse models a kind of honest, unafraid intimacy where you can question even the highest relationship in your life instead of quietly nursing confusion.
