What it means

Wherever-i-see-Hari-stands abhang. The opening sarva-darśana-statement: jēthēm dēkhē tēthēm ubhā — avaghyā gaganācā gābhāwherever I see — there — standing; — the gābhā (= inmost-temple-shrine / core) — of all gagan. Wherever I look, Hari is standing; he is the inmost-shrine of the entire sky. The gābhāthe inner-sanctum of a templeapplied to the entire sky: all space is the temple's gābhā with Hari standing. (Compare 1503's jēm-jēm-bhēṭē-mī-aisēm — same sarva-darśana-mode; here applied to seeing-Hari-everywhere*.)

The eye-state: ḍōḷām baisalēm baisalēm — dhyāna rāhōnī sañcalēmin (the) eyes — seated, seated (deeply set, doubled for emphasis); — dhyānastayinggathered / settled. The form has set into the very eyes; meditation stays gathered there. (Compare 1510's baisalēm tēm rūpa ḍōḷām-vēḷō-vēḷām-āṭhavē* — same theme.)

The mind-and-eye-state: sarasāvalēm mana — kēlē sōjvaḷa lōcanathe mana — brought-up (= raised / made-vibrant); — lōcana — made — sōjvaḷa (= clear / pure / lucid). Mind elevated; eyes made-clear.

The closing-companionship: savēm — ātām asijēta dēvēmtogether — now — let-us-be — with Deva. Now we are together-with-Deva. (Striking-claim: the sarva-darśana mode results in companionship-with-Deva.)
