For today: Vaikuṇṭha-great-pleasure has descended on earth; jaya, Pāṇḍuranga, anātha-nātha — I circle the ārtī, Lakṣmī-husband; adorned with four arms, hands at waist; the jīvan-mukta see Hari daily; no entry for sin, asuras tremble, suras rejoice; therefore, holding the feet, Tuka has stayed in bliss.

उतरलें वैकुंठमहासुख मेदिनी ॥१॥ जय देवा पांडुरंगा जय अनाथनाथा । आरती ओंवाळीन तुम्हां लक्ष्मीकांता ॥ध्रु.॥ मंडितचतुर्भुजा कटीं मिरवती कर ॥२॥ जीवन्मुक्त लोक नित्य पाहाती हरी ॥३॥ पापासी रीग नाहीं असुर कांपती सुर ॥४॥ म्हणोनि चरण धरोनि तुका राहिला सुखें ॥५॥
Literal translation
English: Vaikuṇṭha-mahāsukha has descended on mēdinī. Jaya Pāṇḍurangā, anātha-nāthā — I will circle the ārtī, Lakṣmī-kānta. Adorned with four arms, kara at kaṭi shine. Jīvan-mukta lōka daily see Hari. No rīga for pāpa, asuras tremble, suras (rejoice). Therefore, holding caraṇa, Tuka has stayed in sukha.

What it means
Pāṇḍuranga-Vaikuṇṭha-on-earth āratī. A short 5-verse āratī. The opening: utaralēm Vaikuṇṭha-mahāsukha mēdinī — the Vaikuṇṭha-great-pleasure — has descended — onto the mēdinī (= earth). Vaikuṇṭha came down to earth as Paṇḍharī. (Foundational warkari-claim: Paṇḍharī = Vaikuṇṭha-on-earth.)
The iconography: maṇḍita-catur-bhujā kaṭīm miravatī kara — adorned with four-arms; at the waist, hands shine. Standard Viṭṭhal-iconography: catur-bhuja, kaṭi-kara (= hands-on-the-waist).
The bhakta-witness: jīvan-mukta lōka nitya pāhātī Harī — jīvan-mukta-folk — daily — see Hari. Living-liberated-people see Hari every day*.
The dual-effect: pāpāsī rīga nāhīm asura kāmpatī sura — no rīga (= entry / approach) — for pāpa; — asuras tremble; — suras (devas) (rejoice — implied by parallel). Sin can't approach; demons tremble; gods rejoice.
The closing: caraṇa dharōnī Tukā rāhilā sukhēm — holding caraṇa — Tuka has stayed — in sukha. Tuka holds the feet, stays in bliss. (Note: Tukā signature here, not Tukayā-bandhu — likely Tukaram's own composition, marking-shift back to him.)
