What it means
One-request-to-Pāṇḍuranga abhang. Closes the 24-abhang "body-made-Brahma" section at marker ॥२४॥. A single-request abhang.
The opening: māgaṇē tēm ēka tujha-prati āhē — dēśī tari pāhē Pāṇḍurangā — one request I have to you — if you give it, consider, Pāṇḍuranga. (= I have only one thing to ask, Pāṇḍuranga; please consider granting it.)
The request: yā samtāmsī niravim hēm maja dē'ī — āṇika dujēm kāhīm na mangēm tuja — to these saints — consign me — give me this; another, anything, I do not ask of you. Niravīṇē — to consign, hand over, entrust. Hand me over to these saints — give me only this; nothing else do I ask of you. (Striking-formulation: Tukaram asks Pāṇḍuranga not for himself, but for the saints' protection; the bhakta-of-saints surpasses bhakta-of-deity.)
The closing-petition: ātām udāra hō'ī — maja ṭhēvīm pāyīm samtāñciyā — now be udāra (generous) — place me at the saints' feet. (= show your generosity by placing me at the saints' feet.)
Section-marker ॥२४॥: swāmīmnīm kāyā Brahma kēlī tē abhamga ॥२४॥ — the abhangs in which the master (= Pāṇḍuranga) made the body into Brahma — 24. The transliteral.org edition explicitly identifies this as a 24-abhang thematic-section (body-transformed-into-Brahma abhangs). This is rare — editorial section-naming within the gathā. (Following abhangs (1581+) appear to begin a new sub-series on Tukaram's jīvan-mukta-state and self-as-non-self.)
