For today: what won't Viśvambhara do? — and to his servant, there is no poverty, no shame; from my side, this gap has fallen — what neglect can he do, when he knows?; the cintana of his nāma destroys the womb-dwelling, doesn't let longing for others arise; Tuka says — don't know how many had gone in vain, ruined — those Pāṇḍuranga has uplifted.

काय करील तें नव्हे विश्वंभर । सेवका दारद्रि लाज नाहीं ॥१॥ मजपासूनि हें पडिलें अंतर । काय तो अव्हेर करूं जाणे ॥ध्रु.॥ नामाच्या चिंतनें नासी गर्भवास । नेदी करूं आस आणिकांची ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे नेणों किती वांयां गेले । तयां उद्धरिलें पांडुरंगें ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: What Viśvambhara will do — that doesn't happen? Servant — poverty, no shame. From me this gap fell — what neglect can he do knowingly? By nāma's cintana, destroys garbha-vāsa — doesn't let make longing of others. Tuka says: don't know how many have gone in vain — those Pāṇḍuranga has uplifted.

What it means
Viśvambhara-can-do-anything + nāma-destroys-garbha-vāsa + Lord-uplifts-vain-going abhang.
The Viśvambhara-claim: kāya karīla tēm navhē Viśvambhara — sēvakā dāridrya lāja nāhīm — what Viśvambhara will do — that doesn't happen? — servant — no poverty, no shame. Viśvambhara = the world-supporter (= Viṣṇu). What he wants-to-do — anything happens; his servant has no poverty-and-no-shame.
The gap-from-me: maja-pāsūni hēm paḍilēm antara — kāya tō avhēra karūm jāṇē — from me, this gap fell — what neglect can he do knowingly? (= the gap-in-the-relationship is from me, not from him; he-being-omniscient cannot now-knowingly neglect.)
The nāma-cintana effect: nāmācyā cintanē nāsī garbha-vāsa — nēdī karūm āsa āṇikāñcī — by nāma's cintana, destroys garbha-vāsa — doesn't let make longing of others. Garbha-vāsa = womb-dwelling (= the re-incarnation cycle); nāma-cintana destroys the womb-dwelling. And doesn't let one make longing-for-others (= removes desire for non-Lord-objects).
The closing: Tukā mhaṇē nēṇōm kitī vāyām gēlē — tayām uddhārilē Pāṇḍurangē — Tuka says: don't know how many have gone in vain — those Pāṇḍuranga has uplifted. Don't know how many people had been gone-in-vain (= ruined / lost) — and how many of those Pāṇḍuranga has uplifted. (= uncountable past-vain-goers have been uplifted; the patita-pāvana-precedent applies again.)
