For today: I am the beggar — you are the giver — what truth shall we now see?; I have stretched out my hand — do what is proper for you; we should take the Name — for you, satisfaction of purpose; Tuka says — Deva-rājā — settle the dispute — yours and mine.
The verse

What it means
I-am-beggar-you-are-giver + settle-the-dispute abhang.
The opening: mī yāchaka tūm dātā — kāya satya pāhōm ātām — I am the beggar — you are the giver — what truth shall we now see?. Roles-set: I beg, you give; what-further-truth needs-be-shown.
The stretched-hand: myām tōm pasaralā hāta — karī āpulē uchita — I have stretched out my hand — do what is proper for you. Stretching-the-beggar's-hand; the rest is-your-responsibility.
The reciprocity-formula: āmhī ghyāvē Nāma — tumhām samādhāna kāma — we should take the Name — for you, satisfaction of purpose. We take-the-Name; your-purpose (= satisfaction-of-being-glorified) is-served. Mutual-benefit: the bhakta gives the Lord the satisfaction of being-praised.
The closing: Tukā mhaṇē Dēva-rājā — vāda khaṇḍī tujhā mājhā — Tuka says: Deva-rājā — settle the dispute — yours and mine. Vāda = dispute, debate. Settle-this-dispute between-us (= echoes the 9-abhang legal-cluster at 2008-2016).
