For today: we know your bhāva, Deva — your māyās don't fool us — gaṇikā's pull-down — Daśaratha taken to downfall; then what should I do — by what way reach you?; two paths split — binding made into ghaṭa-paṭa debate; Tuka says — my eyes see your tricks — now this very time — won't release the feet with my jīva.

आम्ही भाव जाणों देवा । न कळती तुझिया मावा । गणिकेचा कुढावा । पतना न्यावा दशरथ ॥१॥ तरी म्यां काय गा करावें । कोण्या रीती तुज पावें । न संगतां ठावें । तुम्हांविण न पडे ॥ध्रु.॥ दोनी फाकलिया वाटा । गोवी केला घटापटा । नव्हे धीर फांटा । आड रानें भरती ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे माझे डोळे । तुझे देखती हे चाळे । आतां येणें वेळे । चरण जीवें न सोडीं ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: We know your bhāva, Deva — your māyās don't fool us — gaṇikā's pull-down — Daśaratha taken to downfall. Then what should I do — by what way reach you? — known without saying — without you it doesn't fit. Two paths split — binding made into ghaṭa-paṭa (debate) — no patience-side — cross-forests get filled. Tuka says: my eyes — see your tricks — now this very time — won't release the feet with my jīva.
