Abhanga 3014
A long season of grief and complaint can end in settled peace once you realize what truly mattered was already yours all along.

सांपडलें जुनें । आमुच्या वडिलांचें ठेवणें । केली नारायणें । कृपा पुण्यें पूर्वाचिया ॥१॥
सुखें आनंदरूप आतां । आम्ही आहों याकरितां । निवारली चिंता । देणें घेणें चुकलें ॥ध्रु.॥
जालें भांडवल घरिंचें । अमुप नाम विठ्ठलाचें । सुकृत भावाचें । हें तयानें दाविलें ॥२॥
तुकयाबंधु म्हणे फिटला । पांग नाहीं बोलायाला । चाड दुसरी विठ्ठ्ला । वांचूनियां आणीक ॥३॥ ॥३७॥
Literal translation
Sāpaḍale june — found! — the old; āmuchyā vaḍilāñce ṭhevaṇe — our ancestors'ṭhevaṇa(keep, deposit); kelī Nārāyaṇe — Nārāyaṇa did; krpā puṇye pūrvāchiyā — krpā — by thepuṇyaof (our) past (ancestors). Sukhe ānanda-rūpa ātām — happilyānanda-rūpanow; āmhī āhōm yākaritā — we are (here) for-this-purpose; nivāralī chintā — thechintāhas been removed; deṇe gheṇe chukale — thedeṇa-gheṇa(give-take) has ended. Jāle bhāṇḍavala gharīñce — thebhāṇḍavala(capital) has-become (our) house's; amupa nāma Viṭhṭhalāñce — amupa (immeasurable) — the Name of Viṭhṭhala;sukrta bhāvāñce — he tayāne dāvile—the sukrta of (the) bhāva (brother) — he revealed.Tukayā-bandhu mhaṇe phiṭalā — pānga nāhī bōlāyālā—Tukārām's-brother says: the pānga (slander, reproach) has been cleared — nothing to speak (against);chāḍa dusarī Viṭhṭhalā — vāñchūnīyām āṇīka—there is no other chāḍa (craving) — except (for) Viṭhṭhala.

A CLUSTER-CLOSING verse by Tukyā-bandhu. NON-Tukārām. This is the final-verse of the 37-abhang Kānhōbā-lament-cluster (2978-3014), marked by the colophon ॥३७॥.
The closing-resolution: the old-treasure (ancestors'-keep) has-been-found; Nārāyaṇa did-krpā by-the-puṇya-of-past-ancestors; now we are ānanda-rūpa; chintā-removed; give-and-take ended; the bhāṇḍavala (capital) is Viṭṭhal's-immeasurable-Name; the sukrta of-the-brother (Tukārām) has-been-revealed. The bhakta-brother resolves: the pānga (slander, reproach against the Lord) is cleared; there is no other-craving except Viṭṭhal.
The cluster, which began-with-grief-and-protest, ends-with complete-resolution and unconditional-Viṭṭhal-devotion. The journey is from-protest (2977-3007) through tonal-shift (3012) to resolution (3014).
The colophon ॥३७॥ confirms-the-cluster-total: 37 abhangs by Tukyā-bandhu (Kānhōbā). With 2977 as opening (signed Kānhā mhaṇe), the total-cluster is 38 abhangs spanning 2977-3014.

This is the closing verse of Kānhobā's long cluster of lament. He says he has finally found the old treasure his ancestors had kept for him, granted by Nārāyaṇa's grace through their past merit. Now he lives in pure joy, all his worry gone, with no more score to settle between himself and the Lord. Their true wealth turns out to be the immeasurable Name of Viṭhṭhala, revealed to them through his brother's good fortune. Tukārām's brother declares that every accusation has been cleared, and he has no other craving left except Viṭhṭhala himself. It shows how a long season of grief and complaint can end in settled peace once you realize what truly mattered was already yours all along.
मराठी: हा कान्होबाच्या दीर्घ विलापमालिकेचा शेवटचा अभंग आहे. तो सांगतो की आपल्या पूर्वजांनी जपून ठेवलेला जुना ठेवा त्याला अखेर सापडला, तो नारायणाने त्यांच्या पूर्वजांच्या पुण्याईमुळे कृपेने दिला. आता तो पूर्ण आनंदात आहे, सर्व चिंता मिटली आहे, आणि परमेश्वराशी असलेला हिशेबही संपला आहे. त्यांचे खरे धन ठरते ते विठ्ठलाचे अगणित नाम, जे भावाच्या (तुकारामांच्या) सुकृतामुळे त्यांना उलगडले. तुकारामांचा भाऊ सांगतो की सगळे आरोप आता मिटले आहेत, आणि विठ्ठलाशिवाय दुसरी कुठलीही इच्छा उरलेली नाही. दीर्घकाळचे दुःख आणि तक्रार अखेर शांत समाधानात विरघळू शकते, कारण खरोखर महत्त्वाचे ते आधीपासूनच आपले होते हे उमगते, हेच हा अभंग सांगतो.
