Tukārām's non-dual realization. Deva has become all the people; my qualities-and-faults have vanished. Good has happened, good has happened — (my) mind is filled with great-gain. In the mirror, the second appears — but it is one. At the ocean-meeting — the water of the stream is lost. The verse permits the canonical bhakti-non-dual realization with mirror and sindhu-vāhāḷa images.
The verse
देव जाले अवघे जन । माझे गुण दोष हारपले ॥१॥
बरवें जालें बरवें जालें । चत्ति धालें महालाभें ॥ध्रु.॥
दर्पणीचें दुसरें भासे । परि तें असे एक तें ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे सिंधुभेटी । उदका तुटी वाहाळासी ॥३॥
Literal translation
Deva jāle avaghe jana — Deva became all the jana; mājhe guṇa dōṣa hārapale — my guṇa-dōṣa vanished. Baravē jāle baravē jāle — good has happened, good has happened; chitti dhāle mahālābhe — (my) chitti is filled with mahā-lābha. Darpaṇīñce dusare bhāse — in the mirror, the second appears; pari te ase eka te — but it is one. Tukā mhaṇe sindhu-bhēṭī — Tukā says: at sindhu-bhēṭī; udakā tuṭī vāhāḷāsī — the water of the stream is lost.
