Literal translation
V1: Puṇḍalīka, the bhakta-rāja, accomplished the kāja; brought the nija-para-brahma of Vaikuṇṭha here. V2 (dhr.): Pāṇḍuranga, the bāḷa-mūrti, with gāī-gōpāḷa company, coming with prīti, stood sama. V3: One akṣara greater (some call) — second Vaikuṇṭha — but not such. V4: Pāpa cannot enter the pañcha-krośī ahead; how can vidhi-niṣedha dwell there. V5: Purāṇas say: the mānasas there are chatur-bhuja; on Sudarśana, rīga doesn't happen even at kalpānta. V6: Mahā-kṣetra Paṇḍharī, anupamya-thōrī; dhanya-dhanya vārakarī of-this-place — Tukā says.
What it means
★ A MAJOR canonical Puṇḍalīka-Paṇḍharī foundational-text. Tukārām celebrates: - Puṇḍalīka brought Vaikuṇṭha's-para-brahma to Paṇḍharī - Pāṇḍuranga is bāḷa-mūrti with gāī-gōpāḷas, standing-sama on the brick - Paṇḍharī is greater-than-Vaikuṇṭha — not merely a second - Pāpa cannot enter the 5-krośa-radius; vidhi-niṣedha is irrelevant there - Mānasas (people) there are chatur-bhuja (divine-form); no pāpa-entry-even-at-kalpānta - Dhanya-vārakarī of-this-place
For someone today
The Vārkarī claim: Paṇḍharī is-greater-than-Vaikuṇṭha; pāpa-can't-enter; vārakarīs-are-blessed.
