When real understanding replaces delusion, anxiety leaves and the mind settles into genuine, lasting contentment.
The verse

What it means
A 5-verse self-attainment text. I know the secret-points; the delusion is gone; I dance without doubt; the mana is now settled.
For someone today
Tukaram describes what it actually feels like once real understanding sets in, the confusion he used to carry has simply lifted. Now he can dance freely during kirtan, without any lingering doubt nagging at his mind. This settled state came to him almost as a gift, and along with it, his anxiety left too. Once real contentment arrives like this, he says, there is nothing left over to want or chase from anyone or anything else. He credits this entirely to God's doing and hopes nothing disturbs it going forward. In the end he simply states it plainly, his mind has finally found peace.
