Tukārām: this-isn't-the-body's-disease — it's-mind-agitation.
Tukārām's deha-on-prārabdha's-head; pīḍa-in-bhrama; this-not-anga's-rōga canonical
The verse
देह प्रारब्धा शिरीं । असोन करी उद्वेग ॥१॥
धांव घालीं नारायणा । माझ्या मना जागवीं ॥ध्रु.॥
ऐसी चुकोनियां वर्में । पीडा भ्रमें पावलों ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे कैंचा भोग । नव्हे रोग अंगींचा॥३॥
Literal translation
Deha-on-prārabdha's-head — yet-udvēga. Run-Nārāyaṇa — wake-up-mana. Missing-varmas — pīḍa-in-bhrama. Tukā: what-bhōga — not-anga's-rōga.
What it means
A 3-verse missed-the-secret text. The body is on prārabdha's head; yet we agitate; come run, Nārāyaṇa, wake-up my mind; I missed the secrets and bore suffering in delusion; this isn't a body-disease.
