When your resolve is sincere and God already knows the truth of your heart, it is fair to ask boldly for the grace that generosity itself promises, without further delay.
The verse
केलें तरी आता साच चि करावें । विचारिलें द्यावें कृपादान ॥१॥
संकल्पासी नाहीं बोलिला विकल्प । तुम्हां पुण्यपाप कळे देवा ॥ध्रु.॥
उदार शक्ति तंव तुमची भूमंडळीं । ऐसी ब्रिदावळी गर्जतसे ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे अहो रकुमादेवीवरा । उपरोध कां धरा माझा आतां ॥३॥
Literal translation
If-do-now-really — considered-give-krpā-dāna. No-vikalpa-to-sankalpa — you-know-puṇya-pāpa. Udāra-śakti-yours — bridāvaḷī-thunders. Tukā: Rakumādēvī-vara — why-uparōdha-toward-me.
What it means
A 3-verse petition. If you do it, do it really now; give krpā-dāna after consideration; I made the sankalpa with no second-thought; you know puṇya-pāpa; the generous-power is yours, your epithet-procession thunders; husband-of-Rukmiṇī, why hold reproach toward me now?
