The verse

Literal translation
Dās-of-those-without-greed — sukha-duḥkha-virahita. Standing-Bhīvarē-tira — kaṭa-dōhī-karī. Wonder — comes-when-called — runs-for-bhakta-kāja-without-smaraṇa. My-bhāra — his-chinta — dātā-of-svahita. Tukā: sing-in-gītī — no-other-in-chitta.
What it means
A 4-verse Bhīvarā-tira Viṭṭhal-tableau (companion to 3827). I am the dāsa of those who have no preference for sukha or duḥkha — free of both. He stands on the bank of the Bhīmā with both hands on his waist. What a wonder — he comes when called; he runs for the bhakta's work without needing reminder. My burden is on him, my welfare is his concern, he alone is my real giver. I will sing of him in songs — I hold nothing else in my mind. Bhīvarā (the Bhīmā / Chandrabhāgā) is the Pandhari river — same Viṭṭhal-tableau as 3827, here with the unique-detail comes-without-smaraṇa-for-bhakta-kāja.
