Literal translation
Love-this-saguṇa-rūpa-eyes-comforted. Stay-before-drṣṭi-Pāṇḍuranga. Mana-itchy-gōḍī — won't-leave. Tukā: child-laḍivāḷī — fulfill-āḷī-māyabāpēm.
What it means
A 3-verse childish-pestering text. I love this sweet saguṇa-form; my eyes are comforted seeing it. Stay before my gaze just so, as I look at you, Pāṇḍuranga. My mind is itchy-with-greed; sweetness has attached; this can't be let go by the soul. We have made this childish-pestering — fulfill our childlike-tantrum, mother-father. The image laḍivāḷī (a spoiled-child's coaxing / petulant claiming) is the bhakta's intimate-attitude. Pair with 3937 (send-bhātukēm).
