Literal translation
Sarva-bhāva-told — you-my-alone. You-already-know-antara — make-me-speak-for-sukha. All-bhāra-yours-to-carry — what-can-I-say. Svabhāva-picks-hita-with-kautuka. Tukā: you-know-antara-svabhāva.
What it means
A 4-verse all-bhāva-offered text. I've told you my whole bhāva — you are my alone, by my whole bhāva. Why would you not know the stories of my heart? But you make me speak them for the sake of joy. My whole load is yours to carry — what one (thing) is there for me to say? By natural-disposition, the good and the cause of the good — with delight you pick out. Tukā says: you know our antara's svabhāva, Deva. The doctrine: Lord's-natural-disposition picks-out-the-bhakta's-good-with-delight; the bhakta needs only to acknowledge.
