Literal translation
Viṭā-sama-charaṇa — Rukmiṇī-ramaṇa. Veda-śāstra-māhēra — upakāra-to-dāsa. Nāma-near-4-mukti — pratīti-in-hrdaya. Tukā: all-kaḷā — in-his-anga.
What it means
★ A 3-verse iconographic-Viṭṭhal text. On the brick, with equal-feet — this is the delight-of-Rukmiṇī. The mother-home of veda-śāstra — he has done good to (his) servant. Near the Name — the four muktis; see the direct-evidence in your heart. Tukā says: the arts — all are in his body. The 4-mukti-near-Nāma: sālōkya, sāmīpya, sārūpya, sāyujya — all four-types-of-liberation are immediate-by-Name. Pair with 4283 (Puṇḍalīka-praise), 4371 (Puṇḍalīka-pinned-bhūta).
