The verse
राम राज्य राम प्रजा लोकपाळ । एक चि सकळ दुजें नाहीं ॥१॥ मंगळावांचूनि उमटेना वाणी । अखंड चि खाणी एकी रासी ॥ध्रु.॥ मोडलें हें स्वामी ठावाठाव सेवा । वाढवा तो हेवा कोणा अंगें ॥२॥ तुका म्हणे अवघें दुमदुमिलें देवें । उरलें तें गावें हें चि आतां ॥३॥
Literal translation
English: Rāma is rāja, Rāma is prajā, lōka-pāḷa — one is everything, no second. Without mangaḷa, vāṇī doesn't arise — akhaṇḍa one mine, one rāśi. The Swāmī's ṭhāva-ṭhāva sēvā has been broken — what hēvā can grow, by what anga? Tuka says: everything is dumadumilēm with Deva — what remains is to sing this only — now.

What it means
Rāma-everywhere abhang. The opening line is foundational non-dualist warkari: Rāma rāja, Rāma prajā, Rāma lōka-pāḷa — ēka chi sakaḷa, dujē nāhīm — Rāma is king, Rāma is subjects, Rāma is protector — one is everything, no second. The political-categories collapse: kingship, citizenship, protectorate are all the same Rāma.
Mangaḷāvāmcūnī umaṭēnā vāṇī — akhaṇḍa chi khāṇī ēkī rāsī — without mangaḷa (the auspicious), vāṇī doesn't arise — there is one akhaṇḍa-mine, one rāśi (heap). Mangaḷa and vāṇī go together; only one mine, one heap of essence.
The middle observation: mōḍalēm hē Swāmī ṭhāva-ṭhāva sēvā — vāḍhavā tō hēvā kōṇā angē — this Swāmī's place-by-place sevā has been broken — what hēvā (rivalry) can grow, by what anga? Once ṭhāva-ṭhāva (here-and-there, pluralized) sevā has collapsed into one, no rivalry between sevās remains.
The closing — avaghē dumadumilē Devē — uralē tē gāvē hē chi ātām — everything is dumadumilēm (= resounding, dumming-and-dumming, the percussive-rhythm-image) with Deva — what remains is to sing this only — now. Dumadumilēm is onomatopoeic — dum-dum (the heart-beat / drum-beat / percussion) — every-thing pulses with Deva.
