Offering yourself completely, in one full gesture, clears stored-up burden and regret, while holding back or second-guessing just turns resolve back into doubt.
The verse
देवाचें निर्माल्य कोण शिवे हातीं । संकल्पासी होती विकल्प ते ॥१॥
वाहिलें देह हें देवा एकसरें । होईंल तें बरें तेणें द्वारें ॥ध्रु.॥
होता भार त्याची निवारली खंती । येथें आतां रिती साटवण ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे इच्छे पावविले कष्ट । म्हणऊनि नष्ट दुरावली ॥३॥
Literal translation
Who-touches-Deva's-nirmālya?; samkalpa-becomes-vikalpa. Deha-offered-once to-Deva, bara-happens. Bhāra-khamtī-cleared; storage-empty. Tukā: by-icchhā, kaṣṭa-brought; naṣṭa-distanced.

A 3-verse renunciation-text. Offer-the-deha-completely-once; the-storage-of-conflict empties.
For someone today
Once something has been offered completely to God, it's not yours to keep touching or second-guessing, doing so just turns your resolve back into doubt. Tukaram says offering your whole self to God in one complete gesture, rather than holding parts back, is what actually brings good and clears out the built-up burden and regret you'd been storing. Holding on out of personal desire only brings you more toil; letting go fully is what keeps ruin at a distance.
मराठी: एकदा एखादी गोष्ट देवाला पूर्णपणे अर्पण झाली, की ती पुन्हा हाताळायची किंवा तिच्यावर शंका घ्यायची नसते, असं केल्याने ठाम निश्चयाचं पुन्हा संशयात रूपांतर होतं. तुकाराम म्हणतात, स्वतःला अर्धवट न ठेवता एका क्षणी पूर्णपणे देवाला अर्पण करणं, हेच खरं भलं घडवतं आणि साठलेला भार व पश्चात्ताप रिकामा करतं. स्वतःच्या इच्छेपायी धरून ठेवल्याने फक्त कष्टच वाढतात, पूर्णपणे सोडून देणंच नाशापासून दूर ठेवतं.
