Tukārām's last-morsel-make-sweet-mother; don't-deceive-when-little-one-grown-great canonical mother-petition
The verse
सारीन तें आतां एकाचि भोजनें । वारीन मागणें वेळोवेळां ॥१॥
सेवटींच्या घासें गोड करीं माते । अगे कृपावंते पांडुरंगे ॥ध्रु.॥
वंचूं नये आतां कांहीं च प्रकार । धाकल्याचें थोर जाल्यावरी ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे आतां बहु चाळवावें । कांहीं नेदीं ठावें उरों मागें ॥३॥
Literal translation
Satisfy-with-one-bhōjana — stop-asking-time-and-again. Last-morsel-make-sweet-mother — krpā-vantē-Pāṇḍurangī. Don't-deceive-when-little-one-grown-great. Tukā: bahu-chāḷavāvē — don't-let-anything-stay-behind.

A 3-verse mother-petition. Let one meal satisfy me; with the last morsel make it sweet, mother Pāṇḍurangī; don't deceive me now, when I've grown — you've strung me along enough.
