Tukārām's this-is-the-lāhō-Viṭhṭhalā; kelyā-jamā-burnt-vrtti-tamā canonical-resolution
The verse
हा गे हा चि आतां लाहो । माझा अहो विठ्ठला ॥१॥
दंडवत दंडवत । वेगळी मात न बोलें ॥ध्रु.॥
वेगळाल्या कोठें भागें । लाग लागें लावावा ॥२॥
तुका म्हणे केल्या जमा । वृत्तितमा भाजूनि ॥३॥
Literal translation
This-is-the-lāhō-Viṭhṭhalā. Daṇḍa-vata — won't-speak-other-māta. Where-else-attach-lāga. Tukā: kelyā-jamā — burnt-vrtti-tamā.
What it means
A 3-verse resolution. This itself is now the gain, Viṭhṭhal; I prostrate, prostrate, and won't speak any other talk; where else should I attach my clinging? I've gathered, burning the wandering-states.
